Emirates Airline A380s Design New Model Wings

Emirates Airline expects its Airbus model A380s to start undergoing stable wing maintenance in March. The airline will haul 4 of the aircraft from examination at a time for a stage of eight weeks, Emirates Airline President Tim Clark told Aviation Week. That is about six weeks later than intended earlier this year.

The airline is the most affected in terms of complete volume by the wide repair program caused by the detection of Type 1 and Type 2 cracks in A380 wings in 2011. Emirates aircraft are undergoing opening repairs that must be constant after about 500 flight hours. The permanent fixes are intended to restore the A380 to its full life cycle of 90,000 hours. A total of 44 aircraft will have been delivered with wonderful large wings that need repairs by November 2014. 

The 45th Airline A380 will be the first Emirates aircraft with the recently fresh new model designed wings.  Clark points out that it is input key for Airbus to receive European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) documentation for the new blueprint soon.

The Britain Military Aircraft Hawker Suddenly HS-748

The aircraft of Hawker Siddeley HS-748 Avro designed the 748 in a bid to re-enter the civil market in the 1950s in expectation of a decline in its military aircraft business of Britain's famous 1957 Defense White paper. Surfacing as the Avro 748 in 1958, the scheme became division of the Hawker Suddenly group when it formed in 1959 with the combination of numerous British aviation companies, including Armstrong Whitworth, Avro, Blackburn, De Havilland, Folland, Gloster, and Hawker. From July 1 1963 the separate identities vanished.

The new aircraft made a successful maiden flight on June 24 1960, and four model aircraft (two for stationary testing) were built. The first manufacture Series 1 flew on August 30 1961. Series one manufacture aircraft were most powered by two 1400kW (1880ehp) Dart RDa.6 Mk 514 turboprops, and the first entered service in December 1961 with on SkywaysAirways. Only 20 (+4 in India) Series one were build however, as by that time the better Series two was already flying.

The High Power Of Aircraft A320 - US

The great long aircraft A320 like the abridged A319, the A321 is a minimum change, in this case extended, development of the successful A320. The A321 program was launched in November 1989 and the first development aircraft first flew on March 11 1993. European qualifications were awarded in December that year. Compared with the A320 the A321's major change is the extended fuselage, with forward and rear fuselage plugs totaling 6.93m (22ft 9in) (front plug immediately promote of wing 4.27m/14ft, rear plug directly behind the wing 2.67m/8ft 9in).

Other changes include increase of the undercarriage to cope with the higher weights, more powerful engines, a simplify and refined fuel system and bigger tires for better braking. A slightly modified wing with double slotted flaps and modification to the flight wheel allows the A321's handling characteristics to closely resemble the A320's. The A321 features an identical flight deck to that on the A319 and A320, and shares the same type rating as the slighter two aircraft.

The basic A321-100 features a decrease in range compared to the A320 as extra fuel tank age was not added to the initial plan to compensate for the extra weight. To overcome this Airbus launched the longer range, heavier A321-200 development in 1995 which has a full pax transcontinental US range. This is achieved through higher thrust V2533-A5 or CFM56-5B3 engines and minor structural intensification and 2900 liters (766US gal/638Imp gal) superior fuel capacity with the installation of an ACT (additional centre tank).
